# About imprezaapps.com

Source: https://docs.imprezahost.com/imprezaapps.html

`imprezaapps.com` is the domain where applications published by Impreza Host customers are reached. Each address like
`<app>-<hash>.imprezaapps.com` belongs to one customer of Impreza Host, is created by our platform when that customer
publishes an application, and can be released when the customer removes it or replaces it with their own domain. The
domain provides a platform-managed address without a separate domain registration. Availability depends on the
deployment completing and its HTTPS route becoming ready.

**Impreza Host is not the author of the content.** What runs under each address is chosen by the customer who
published it. An address on this domain is not an endorsement, a review or a recommendation by Impreza Host.

## Report abuse

If an address on `imprezaapps.com` is involved in phishing, malware distribution, spam, illegal content or a violation
of your rights, report it through one of these channels:

1. **By e-mail** — send the report to [abuse@imprezahost.com](mailto:abuse@imprezahost.com).
2. **Through the portal** — if you have an Impreza account, open a support ticket in your own account. Otherwise, use the e-mail address above.

Reports from anyone — not only customers — are welcome. To be actionable, a report should include:

- **the complete URL** of the address in question, exactly as it was reached (the whole `<app>-<hash>.imprezaapps.com` name);
- **the date and time you saw it, with the timezone** — addresses are released and recreated, so the moment matters;
- **what you saw**: the page, message or file that concerns you. Screenshots or the message source help; do not send
  us credentials, and do not interact with the content beyond what you need to document it.

Optional: encrypt your report with the [Impreza support OpenPGP key](/.well-known/security-key.asc):

```
FD4AF833 BBA6D9B8 B890B1AE 8BF24F8D E8F950F9
```

The [security.txt of this documentation domain](/.well-known/security.txt) points to the same key. Compare the fingerprint of the downloaded key with the value above before trusting it.

## What happens with a report

We confirm the report against the service that publishes the address and act on the **hosting service** side — from
disabling the route to removing the service, according to what the report substantiates. Impreza Host does not
operate outside its own services: we do not take down nameservers, domains or accounts that are not ours. Reports are
handled by the team that operates the platform; each one is checked against the evidence sent. We do not disclose
customer identity or account data to reporters.

## Reporting a security issue in the platform itself

If you found a vulnerability in the Impreza platform — not content published by a customer — the reporting channel
and the encrypted-report option are in the [security.txt of this documentation domain](/.well-known/security.txt), with the same
OpenPGP key above.
